Mikaela is an Associate at Aguirre, Quintanilla, Soria & Nishizawa, and is dedicated to the areas of Commercial and Civil Law. Previously, she worked as National Civil Lawyer at the national office of Banco Unión S.A., providing advice and assistance to the Bank’s executive bodies, in civil, banking and corporate governance law.

She also worked as an attorney at CEBAC Soc. Civ., advising clients in the areas of commercial, civil and family law.

She was also part of the legal department of the telecommunications company AXS Bolivia S.A., where she gained experience in the drafting of corporate documents, civil and commercial contracts, adhesion contracts, administrative appeals, among others.
