Mariel is member of Bufete Aguirre, Quintanilla, Soria & Nishizawa, where she specializes in Intellectual Property. She has over 20 years of experience handling trademark and patent registration and maintenance applications, as well as opposition, cancellation, and invalidation proceedings before the National Intellectual Property Service (SENAPI).

For 15 years, Mariel has been part of one of Bolivia’s largest boutique law firms, serving both domestic and international clients and advising them on the comprehensive management of their intellectual property portfolios.
