Franco is an associate at Bufete Aguirre Quintanilla Soria & Nishizawa, and focuses his services in the areas of corporate law, litigation, arbitration, civil and commercial contracting. Prior to joining the firm he worked as a notary assistant.

Academically, Franco has a law degree, Magna Cum Laude, at Universidad Privada Boliviana, with mention in Corporate Law. He has a diploma in Corporate Law at Consejo Iberoamericano del Derecho y Gobernanza. During his academic life, he participated four times in the International Arbitration Competition organized by Universidad de Buenos Aires and Universidad del Rosario and participated in different United Nations models.
